Today are you reflecting with compassion?

When we use reflection, we can sometimes look to the past with regret and judgement, which can feel somewhat negative and self-critical. If you sometimes find yourself reflecting in this way, you are in good company, as we've all been there.
What if you completely turned that reflection on its head?
From today, what if you approached your reflection as an opportunity to learn, whilst applying some self-compassion?
When a reflection practice feels both kind and beneficial, it can be far more rewarding, mentally and emotionally. Today, make space, even for 5 minutes, to reflect on yesterday with loving kindness towards yourself and see where it takes you.
Then if it feels beneficial, do it again tomorrow with love, and every day next year and see what happens.
